Mary Graham Davis

Mary Davis is the co-founder of The Davis Bateson Group, a consulting firm that focuses on strategic leadership and organizational design and effectiveness.  Her career spans over 20 years of corporate and consulting experience. She has assisted clients in senior management across industry sectors achieve their strategic objectives through transformational initiatives, performance optimization, organizational design and executive leadership coaching. Her clients have included executives at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, AT&T, MetLife and leading private equity firms.

Mary has held senior business positions at Citicorp and van Heyst & Company, was Vice Chairman of Jannotta, Bray & Associates and SVP at Right Management. Mary holds a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College, where she currently serves as a trustee, and an M.A. in International Economics from The Fletcher School at Harvard & Tufts Universities.
